Honestly, I'd say that as long as the site isn't *completly* off the scale in terms of spam you'll get away with it...
At the end of the day, the ads are reviewed by someone initially, then if someone else notices that the site is doing something wrong, they will usually post it in the forum and cry blue murder...
My best bit of advice it to make sure the skin looks good, and don't cloak it...
If you cloak it, every co-op account that you can be traced to will be erased. With no warning.
It's harsh, but necessary I guess - Once blacklisted site in there *could* bring the whole network down... (In theory)
